Dee Palmer lives just outside of London with her husband and (slightly embarrassed) children. Her passion is writing sexy steamy romance stories that will scorch the pages right off your kindle and are guaranteed to make your heart pound. She loves an HEA but isn’t afraid to put her readers through the ringer before she delivers.
When not at her desk she can be found either fannying around on Facebook or with her nose stuck in her Kindle. Once in a while when the lights are down she might be spotted about town searching for the best French martinis and throwing some dubious shapes on the dance floor.
In my own words…
2022
If we can all just pretend the last two years didn’t happen that would be great!
Anyhoo…tail end of 2022 and despite a horrendous anniversary holiday where I nearly lost my husband (and was stranded in Greece waiting on an emergency operation)…I feel quietly optimistic that the year will finish much better than it started. I have a new book due out in a few weeks, although it started as three shorter books I’ve decided to combine and release it as one epic romance Winters’ Girl, which I hope will break the dry spell. I was also lucky enough to gain the USA Today Best selling title with an anthology for reproductive rights, something I feel very strongly about. Don’t get me wrong, I still dream of getting that title on my own but I am still honoured to be part of the anthology. I’m taking a step away from signings. I doubt international travel will be on my agenda for some time but I’m always up for a chat in my FB group. I clearly don’t keep this bit very up to date but hopefully, if you have subscribed to my newsletter you won’t feel so neglected as this particular page on my website.
2019
Okay, don’t ask what happened to 2018 because honestly I’m not so sure what happened to 2019 either! I think its safe to say I’ve had a challenging few years, my husband more so. I’ve re-trenched back into my little space, kept my head down and carried on writing. It’s all too easy to get overwhelmed in this community as it is, the pressure to produce book after book, rapid release, which may well be an excellent strategy, but it’s not for me. And if you add personal life shit…well you get the idea. #meltdown
Anyway, I completed the Wanted series this year and I’m on to something new now, I also have something very different coming out next year but it’s all hush hush so I can’t say anything about that other than…OMG! I’m hoping to see more of you next year as I’m attending one of the biggest signings, I’m going to go out on a limb and say in the world but definitely in the US, Book Bonanza. So please come say hi.
Until then…head down, ass up…oh no wait, thats something entirely different….head down and happy reading!

2017
Where the hell did that time go?
I still consider myself a newbie and probably always will, but I’ve had a super busy time of it lately and with my new book due out in March I will have 8 full length novels and a novella out. I hit the amazon best seller list with 3 of my books, even hit the illusive top 100 with the Choices box set. I’ve won a number of reader choice awards for both Choices and Disgrace for which I am stunned, shocked and hugely grateful…my readers are the best.
By far the best thing in this whole experience is you, yes you. I love chatting, discussing books, posting borderline reportable pictures and generally making new friends and it’s why I set up my reader group…I’m there most days so if you have a spare moment come and say hi…I’d love to meet you 🙂
Chosen Ones Reader Group
So this year, what am I looking forward to?…New books…signings…and falling in love with some seriously hot new book boyfriends…#forthewin
2016
Dee Palmer hates talking about herself in the third person so I won’t. My husband had my iPod engraved one Christmas with ‘sing like no-one’s listening’ and I know my family actually wish they weren’t listening because I am, in fact, tone deaf but it doesn’t stop me and this gentle support has enabled me to fulfil a dream. This has been a truly brilliant experience, because I have written all of the books in The Choices Trilogy back to back and released them all this year (2015), just one month apart. Don’t you just hate waiting for the next book in a series?
This adventure has undoubtedly been made possible by my incredibly supportive family. I know this is very much an acknowledgment bit but I know I wouldn’t be writing even this single paragraph if it wasn’t for them so this is about who I am, I am because they let me be. Stalk me On Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Oooh and Pinterest if you like it hot 😉
2015
Its safe to say this is very much a work in progress. I decided to write a trilogy in February 2014 and whenever I can, I write and I love it. Obviously my dream is that others will to but my starting point was very much to write something I would like to read and I make no apologies for that but if you don’t like your stories on the filthy side of smut you will not enjoy my story.
To this end I am just testing the waters in self publicising, blogs and twitter maybe, all very new to me so please don’t be too harsh if I am rambling. I started the first book along with all things social media in February and as such I consider this my ‘writer’ birthday but I am very new to it all but that’s ok it just means posts and any tweets are likely to be little more than a diary of a newbie/wannbe author.
Welcome one and all to join me 🙂
Loved the Choice trilogy. Daniel is pure alpha and dreamy :))
Will there by any future sequel about Bethany and Daniel and how they adjust to married life while continuing their BDSM lifestyle.
Hi Charlie,
Thank you, thats great to hear…and I have a few ideas but nothing imminent, will post here and on my newsletter 🙂

Just finished your Choices Trilogy and loved every minute of them even though I felt like hitting Danial on the head several times!! I did feel the proof reading was a tad poor, however, that didn’t detract from the page turning enjoyment and story in the tree books. Thank you for three highly erotic and enjoyable books. Now on to the next three! 😊🤗
Hi Veronica,
Thank you so much, means the world to me, really does. If you had a spare few minutes and could leave a review on Amazon, I would be extremely grateful, they too make all the difference for new authors.
Many thanks,
